What is Eco Foam?

Eco Foam is a regenerated polyurethane foam with unique characteristics.

Because it is an open cell material, Eco Foam foam is breathable, lightweight, anti microbial, odorless and is high cushioning material, making it the ideal material for insoles of sport shoes, ladies shoes, men’s shoes, kids shoes and casual shoes.

These characteristics makes Eco Foam a much better material than traditional ones, such as EVA and poured PU.

In addition, Eco Foam is a 100% recycled and recyclable material, environmentally friendly.

Products

Eco Foam insoles are available in different thicknes, combined with various fabrics such as Honeycomb, CK, plush, goufre, jacquard, interlock, among others.
It can be used in flat and molded insoles.

Eco Foam is obtained through a rigorous process of separation and classification of foam residues, mattresses, furniture and car seats that through recycling become a noble and high density material.

In its formulation is used the latest in anti-microbial technology and functional finishing, providing protection against fungus and bacteria that causes bad odor, as well as an efficient moisture management of the feet, giving that feeling of freshness found only in shoes that use Eco Foam insoles.

What does it change for you?

Long-lasting cushioning.

Eco Foam insoles has a much longer life compared to EVA insoles. The EVA material after a few months of use ends up deforming and not returning to its original thickness. This does not happen with Eco Foam insoles.
Lightness
Thanks to its open cell structure, Eco Foam insoles are much lighter.
Breathable
The open cells allows the air to circulate throughout the insole, allowing the feet to always staying fresh and providing a unique comfort
Anto Microbial
Eco Foam has an Anti Microbial finish in its foam composition, not just into the fabric as normally foind on most of the insoles in the market.

100% of the formulation of Eco Foam comes from raw material that would be discarded in landfills.
